Every one of the eight covers is excellent. My only problem has been trying to decide which I like best. I've given up; they're all great. What you'll notice is the competence of each of the contributing artists and how perfectly they compliment each other as well as standing out individually at the right times. Mr. Chalke's leadership and insistence on excellence is obvious throughout and his trumpet work is haunting and magical.The quality of the recording is first rate and Monique Chalke's photography work is beautiful, while capturing the musicians just as they are.I highly recommend this jazz collection to those who love jazz!
