Q: Which tablets is this stand suitable for?A: For the 3rd-6th generations of iPad Pro 12.9'' and the 13'' iPad Air, please select size "12.9". For the 2024 M4 version of iPad Pro 11'', please select size "11".For the 1st-4th generations of the iPad Pro 11'' and 4th-5th generations of iPad Air 10.9'', please select size "10.9".For the 2024 M4 version of the iPad Pro 13'', please select size "13". Q: How can I find the model name of my iPad Pro?A: You can find the model name of your iPad Pro by going to Settings, selecting General, then selecting About, and finally selecting Model Name.Q: Can I use this stand with an iPad case?A: If the case is magnetic, most cases will be compatible. If the case is not magnetic, it is unlikely to be compatible because the iPad will be too far away from the stand and the lack of magnetic attraction may cause the iPad to slide.

Dozens of powerful magnets are built-in, and they correspond with each other and your iPad's built-in magnets. Made of anodized aluminum with excellent workmanship. Weight - 2.2 lbs (12.9‘’/13‘’) or 2 lbs (11‘’).
The iPad can be held in place by magnetic force alone without worrying about it falling. There is only one correct position for the iPad to be accurately attached, the rest of the positions have the risk of dropping the iPad. When the iPad is close to the correct position, it will be attracted to the correct position by the powerful effect of magnetism.
Can not be used with non-magnetic cases (unless the case is very thin), if you use a magnetic case (such as Smart Folio), then the stand can work very well.
We have fixed the hinge issue with the product and the instruction sticker inside the parcel no longer leaves any residue.
(Updated in August of 2024; see below.)Ordered in June of 2024 for the new 13" M4 iPad Pro, and after using it for a week I'm very pleased.Noteworthy observations: • The stand is very solid, and a bit heavier than I expected. When the iPad is attached, their combined weight adds up to 3.75 pounds. Between that and the four silicone feet slightly inset into the base, it's very stable on flat surfaces. • When the iPad is attached, the back of the iPad rests on the two silicone pads at the edges of the stand's magnetic plate. The back of the iPad does not make contact with the aluminum surface of the stand, so I'm not worried about it scraping or scratching. • The magnets hold the iPad with enough strength that I have zero concerns about it coming off accidentally. In fact, I actually have to brace the base of the stand with one hand, prop the bottom of the iPad against my stomach, and lift the top of the iPad with my other hand when I want to detach it from the stand! I appreciate being able to carry it around the house without worrying about the iPad falling off. • The hinge and rotation movement are very smooth. It doesn't take much force to adjust the angle of the iPad, and it stays where I put it. There's no way of knowing how the hinge stability will hold up over time, but I appreciate the fact that they included a couple of Allen wrenches / hex keys which will allow me to tighten the hinges if I ever need to. • There really isn't any logo of any sort printed or laser-engraved anywhere on the stand, and the clean aluminum looks really good.Fortunately, the model I ordered did not have an instructional sticker applied to the magnetic plate, so I didn't run into the problems other people had with stubborn adhesive residue. One thing I do wish were different about the stand is a minor detail regarding the vertical portion connecting the hinge to the base. This stand only has a small square window cut out of the aluminum just under the hinge, and I would prefer if there were a taller, rounded pill-shaped cutout about midway between the hinge and the base. My older Viozon iPad stand (also sold on Amazon if you want to look for pictures) has one of these, and it makes it much easier to carry the stand around one-handed since you can loop your fingers in through the cutout instead of having to reach all the way around the full width of the stand. That minor detail aside, I am a very happy customer. If one of the other more well-known brands had managed to release a version of their magnetic stands for the new M4 iPad Pro sooner, I probably wouldn't have taken a chance on this one. Having seen and used it first-hand, though, I'm really glad I did. A lot of thought and care clearly went into its design and execution, and there's not even a logo or brand name to detract from the experience of using it.UPDATE AUGUST 2024: It turns out to have been a very good thing that they included those Allen wrenches / hex keys, since one of the two screws holding the magnetic plate to the stand spontaneously came loose and fell out. Not sure how or why this happened, but I was able to find and replace both the screw and the tiny metal washer that seems to fit in between it and the aluminum frame. After my DIY repair, I noticed that rotating the magnetic plate required more force than it used to. Slightly loosening the replaced screw allowed the magnetic plate to rotate easily again, so I've settled on a middle tightness in the hopes that this will prevent the screw from coming loose a second time. If the screw that fell out really is simply responsible for determining how much force is required to rotate the magnetic plate, that would explain why it could fall out without in any way compromising the rest of the stand. (I was carrying it when the screw came loose, and the rest of the stand and iPad stayed completely solidly attached, which was a relief.) Having lived with the stand for over a month, I remain a happy customer. I've even managed to figure out how to detach the iPad without resorting to propping it against my stomach! ;-)
